August Course
Classes for Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet's August Course are taught by CPYB permanent faculty, led by Founding Artistic Director, Marcia Dale Weary. This intensive course focuses on refining ballet technique, gaining strength and stamina. Students may choose either one or both weeks of study.

Placement classes will be held on Sunday, August 5 (class times will be confirmed via e-mail). Students attending only week two will take placement class on Monday, August 13, at 8 a.m. at CPYB Warehouse Studios.

Tuition:
Application fee: $75
Beginning students
One-two classes/day: $120 per week
After July 16: $170* per week
Students with previous training
Two classes**/day: $270 per week
After July 16: $320* per week
*These totals include a $50 tuition late fee.
** If deemed appropriate by the Artistic Director, some levels may be given additional classes. There will be no additional charges for the added classes.
Housing:
Residential housing is not available for CPYB's August Course. Lodging is available at the nearby Comfort Suites hotel located at 10 South Hanover Street in Carlisle. The Comfort Suites is the exclusive provider of hotel accommodations for CPYB programs and is located within walking distance to the studios in downtown Carlisle. For reservations please call 717.960.1000 or 1.800.704.1188. Be sure to mention code LCPYBP. Reservations must be made by Friday, July 6 to take advantage of the CPYB room block.
